Vector keeping mum on NGC takeover

Auckland powerlines company Vector is keeping mum on its troublesome takeover of gas transmission business NGC.

Vector is offering $2.91 a share for all of NGC, after earlier winning the race to buy out the 66 per cent stake in the company owned by Australian Gas Light.
