Vector's first annual report since its partial privatisation and stock-exchange listing has been issued, with chairman Michael Stiassny paying tribute to the elected consumer trust that narrowly approved its share float.
Stiassny said the initial public offering had been complex and the developments of the past year could not have happened without the support of its majority shareholder, the Auckland Energy Consumer Trust, "which has been instrumental in enabling Vector to grow into a large, successful, group".
