KEY POINTS:
S&P Credit ratings agency Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said yesterday it remained concerned about the recent resignations of Vector's chief executive, chief financial officer and three directors.
The agency said it did not think the resignations, which have taken place over the course of seven months, had any immediate impact on the company's credit quality.
But it had questions about whether the moves would have an impact on the company's strategic focus.
Standard & Poor's said it took comfort from recent comments by Vector's chairman and senior management, who reiterated their commitment to current financial policies.
Shares in Vector, the country's biggest electricity distribution company, closed unchanged yesterday at $2.62.
