Slow restart for BP Texas

The restart of BP's hurricane-damaged giant Texas refinery will last until at least the end of this year, a company spokesman says.

The Texas City refinery is operating at a crude intake of about 200,000 barrels per day, down from its rated capacity of 460,000 bpd, as it continues the restart.
