Opec, producer of 40 per cent of the world's oil, may increase output for the second time this year as prices stay above US$50 a barrel, the Saudi Oil Minister says.
Ali al-Naimi said he backed a proposal to increase quotas by 500,000 barrels a day.
Opec delegates meet in Vienna tomorrow.
