New Zealand Refining's profit from processing crude oil the past two months rose 24 per cent from a year earlier.
The company's average refining margin rose to US$7.72 a barrel in January and February, up from US$6.21 a year earlier and US$7.76 a barrel in November and December, New Zealand Refining said in a statement to the stock exchange.
