NGC Holdings has appointed Grant Samuel & Associates as independent adviser on Vector's takeover offer. It is also preparing a target company statement, as required by the Takeovers Code.
A committee of independent directors - Richard Bentley, Rick Bettle and Fran Wilde - is overseeing NGC's response to Vector's takeover notice.
