A company planning to roll out a network of smart electricity meters hopes to list on the stock exchange's alternative market, the NZAX, this month.
Executive chairman Don Purdon said Pulse Utilities had sent its disclosure document to the NZX and was waiting for a listing date.
Chief executive James Martin, who founded Pulse seven years ago, said the company intended to deliver power to customers at much closer to the wholesale price than was now available.
