KEY POINTS:
Four new members have been appointed to the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority.
They are Penelope Hulse, Toni Owen, Andrew Pearce and Gregory Sise. Alastair Patrick was appointed deputy chairman.
Energy Minister David Parker said the new board members brought a range of skills across business, finance, transport and sustainable housing.
