Horizon Energy says its 77.3 per cent owner Eastern Bay Energy Trust has been considering alternative ownership and operational structures.
Horizon told shareholders the trust initiated a confidential market-testing process and it had received several non-binding proposals from interested parties.
These proposals have been passed to the company which will consider the proposals and alternatives over several months.
