Bolger to lead gas industry governance

Former Prime Minister Jim Bolger will chair the organisation designed to oversee governance of the gas industry.

Other board members of the Gas Industry Company, intended to develop rules for how the gas industry will operate, include company chief executives Steve Barrett (Contact Energy), Mark Franklin (Vector) and Phil James (NGC) and Telecom general counsel Mark Verbiest.
