Vector customers and bondholders have been told to pre-register if they want to be in a priority pool for this year's partial privatisation of the energy network company.
The minimum investment in Vector shares from the beneficiary priority pool will be $500. Vector is floating up to 24.9 per cent of its shares this year, to raise money for its purchase last year of NGC.
The initial public offering is expected to raise between $600 million and $1 billion.
