Another bank adds to huge Enron settlement

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has agreed to pay US$2.4 billion to settle a class-action lawsuit with investors in collapsed energy company Enron.

It will bring the size of the Enron settlement to more than US$7 billion, making it the largest-ever US securities settlement.
