Hong Kong's Cheung Kong Infrastructure plans to raise up to A$1.8 billion ($1.93 billion) by listing its Australian power unit Spark Infrastructure, a source said.
CKI, a unit of Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka-shing's controlled Cheung Kong Holdings, has set an indicative price range of A$1.26 to A$1.40 per share for the offering, providing a yield of 10 to 11.2 per cent, the source said.
