The Duke of Westminster, landowner of much of London's exclusive Mayfair and Belgravia districts, is branching out in France by buying into two flea markets on the edge of Paris for $86 million.
Britain's third richest man's property company, Grosvenor, has teamed up with a French company to buy the Paul-Bert and Serpette antiques markets, part of the Paris Saint Ouen Puces, a sprawling mass of stalls that are a popular tourist attraction.
