KEY POINTS:
Dairy Trust has sweetened its takeover bid for the Open Country Cheese company.
The trust is offering OCC shareholders 1.75 trust shares for each OCC share, compared with an earlier offer of 1.68 trust shares per OCC share.
The offer needs to get over the 50 per cent acceptance hurdle to be viable.
