Millbrook Resort has announced plans to develop $3 million homes at its most exclusive address in Queenstown.
Work on the houses - of which there will only be six - will begin next year, on the edge of the Sir Bob Charles-designed golf course.
The "Streamside" development will boast Millbrook's largest sections, with lighting plans by Jane Purdue, who was involved with designing Elton John's residence and Number 10 Downing Street.
Millbrook spokesman Simon Booker says the resort is bucking the property slowdown seen in Queenstown during the past few weeks, with $9 million-worth sold during the past two months.
