Fletcher buys into Karaka

Fletcher Residential has bought 36 house lots at the $30 million Karaka Lakes subdivision in South Auckland.

Frank Reynolds, whose family are developing the 50ha waterfront project on the Hingaia Peninsula, announced the sale.

David Halsey, Fletcher Residential's general manager, said houses would be developed under the Aston Marsh, Fyfe and Spaceline brands.
