Durable wall system launched

A Hamilton company has launched a new precast concrete wall system backed by Fletcher Building subsidiary Firth Industries.

Ryan Tautari, of Thermo-Tech, said the walling system was the answer to leaky building problems. Internal linings could be attached directly to the new wall system, without the need to put up internal timber framing, which was prone to leaking, he said.

Part of the funding for the project came from Estonia.
