CSR, Asia's biggest maker of insulation products, may seek to acquire building product companies as slowing construction work makes them cheaper to buy.

"We've looked at buying assets, but quite frankly during the boom times assets in the building products area have been very expensive. As that demand comes off, assets might become a bit cheaper."
