Vodafone's new headquarters in Auckland's viaduct, V.nue, was declared the overall winner at the Property Council Rider Hunt Awards dinner held on the weekend.
The awards consist of nine categories and with sections such as 'Owner and User Satisfaction' and 'Efficiency of Operation and Maintenance'.
The awards, held in Auckland, recognise the best projects in terms of investment and return for the client.
The architects for the project were Auckland's Jasmax.
