Two "key" Asian partners have taken a 3.4 per cent stake in natural healthcare and skincare firm Comvita, buying 500,000 shares each at $2 a share.
GPE, Comvita's master agent in China, and Aju Pharm, its distribution partner in South Korea, had taken the shareholdings, Comvita said yesterday.
Comvita will get $2 million in cash.
