KEY POINTS:
Australian soft drinks company Coca-Cola Amatil said yesterday it was planning to enter the flavoured milk market this year in the latest move to reduce its dependence on carbonated drinks for the bulk of revenues.
Analysts estimate the flavoured milk market, which is dominated by dairy firm National Foods, to be worth A$30 million to A$50 million a year.
National Foods was bought by San Miguel Corp in 2005.
