Australian-based scrap metal company CMA is buying Auckland-based Scrap Metal Recyclers and Darwin-based NT Metal Recyclers for a combined cost of about A$15.8 million ($17.2 million).
The acquisitions will be funded through a mix of cash and CMA shares.
