CER Group, which operates Certified Organics and New Zealand Nature, reported a 39 per cent rise in first quarter sales revenue from a year earlier to $1.28 million.
Managing director David Warrick said the group's biological control and remediation segment revenues grew from a modest base to a solid performance for the quarter to March of $400,000.
Warrick said New Zealand Nature, which supplies winter clothing and Christmas gift products through the internet and catalogues, had 22 per cent growth in domestic sales for the quarter. Shares closed up 0.7c at 4.8c yesterday.
