The remaining independent directors of Capital Properties, Michael Cashin and James Ogden, have stuck with their advice for shareholders not to accept AMP Property Portfolio Investments' takeover offer.
AMP, which has 75.9 per cent of Capital Properties, has extended its offer until December 23.
