None of the big four rank in the top 10 when it comes to Australia's preferred bank.
Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, NAB and ANZ are all outranked by their smaller rivals, according to data compiled by consumer feedback website ProductReview.com.au.
ING Direct is number one, followed by Heritage Bank, and ME Bank. Other top-10 banks include Bendigo Bank, Bank of Cyprus and Macquarie Bank.
All four of the big banks received an average rating of 2.6 out of 5.0 on the ProductReview website. Commonwealth has more than A$344 billion ($437 billion) in deposits while ING holds just $29 billion.
