Rod Petricevic will spend a further four months in prison - to be added on to his current six and-a-half year sentence.
The former director of the failed finance company Bridgecorp appeared briefly at the Auckland District Court today where he pleaded guilty to four charges.
One of the charges related to Petricevic stealing more than $1.8 million from Bridgecorp to purchase a luxury vessel, the Medici.
It was allegedly bought and its operating costs paid with $1.8m in Bridgecorp money but was owned by Poseidon, a firm Petricevic directed and owned.
Three other charges against Petricevic were dismissed.
