Leasing and finance company Orix New Zealand has applied to the Commerce Commission for clearance to buy the ANZ bank's vehicle leasing arm in this country.
In May, ANZ said it had issued an information memorandum to possible buyers of Esanda FleetPartners, which operates in Australia and New Zealand.
