A glitch in Kiwibank's system that caused disruptions to processing and access to internet and phone banking has been resolved, the bank says.
Technical issues meant processing of transactions and access to customers' accounts was interrupted intermittently during the day and again from 6.30pm yesterday.
The glitch meant customers couldn't use phone or internet banking and access to wages, salaries and benefits was delayed for many.
Reprocessing started at 11pm last night and "everything is operating as it should be now'', said communications manager Bruce Thompson.
