The BNZ Tower at 125 Queen St is owned by the Sultan of Brunei. The conditional sale of his 11 Herne Bay residential properties for about $35 million was announced last month.
Law firm Minter Ellison Rudd Watts will leave the top six floors of the BNZ building for the new Lumley Centre on Shortland St on September 16.
