KEY POINTS:
Two executive directors of failed finance company Bridgecorp will reappear in court on February 24 for a depositions hearing.
Rod Petricevic and Robert Roest have appeared in Auckland District Court facing charges under the Securities Act and the Companies Act.
The charges allege the pair signed a false prospectus and made an untrue statement in an advertisement.
Bridgecorp collapsed last year when it was put into receivership in July, owing 14,500 investors almost $460 million.
The prosecution is separate to a Serious Fraud Office investigation into the running of the company.
