Former Bridgecorp director Rod Petricevic will be sentenced today.
He was found guilty of all 18 charges he faced and has been in custody since Easter.
Mr Petricevic has been told by Justice Geoffrey Venning "imprisonment is inevitable''.
The charges he's been convicted of carry a maximum penalty of 10
years in jail.
Bridgecorp collapsed in 2007 owing its 14,000 investors $459 million.
