KEY POINTS:
Two executive directors of failed finance company Bridgecorp were back in court on criminal charges today.
Rod Petricevic and Robert Roest appeared in Auckland District Court facing charges under the Securities Act and the Companies Act.
The charges allege the pair signed a false prospectus and made untrue statement in an advertisement.
The pair were remanded on bail and will reappear in court on December 16, when a date for a depositions hearing is expected to be set.
Bridgecorp collapsed last year when it was put into receivership in July, owing 14,500 investors almost $460 million.
The prosecution is separate to a Serious Fraud Office investigation into the running of the company.
