Aerolineas Argentinas has been fined $11,000 in the Auckland District Court after pleading guilty to failing to supply information requested by the Commerce Commission, the commission said.
When the commission was investigating allegations of cartel conduct in the air cargo services market the airline was requested to supply information by mid November 2007.
It eventually provided the information in April 2008. The commission is taking legal action against 13 airlines and seven airline staff.
