A stunning scale model replica of an Air New Zealand Dreamliner is ready to take flight.
A model plane enthusiast from Germany, who goes by Ramy RC, has built a remote-controlled miniature Boeing 787-9 complete with the distinctive black-and-white livery of the airline.
The 32-year-old regularly posts videos of his popular work on his YouTube channel as a hobby, appealing for funding.
He has made about 20 planes in the past seven years, the biggest one was the Boeing 777-9X with a 3.6m wingspan.
"I love aviation and I love to fly RC airplanes," Ramy told the Herald.
