Qantas Airways has held talks with a number of parties about restructuring its wholesale holidays business Qantas Holidays.
"Qantas has looked at many alternatives over an extended period, including preliminary discussions with a number of parties, including Jetset Travelworld," Qantas chief financial officer Peter Gregg said.
