CANBERRA - Interested parties seeking to buy Qantas will have to comply with legislative requirements that stipulate that the airline must have majority Australian ownership, Treasurer Peter Costello said.
On the Qantas Sale Act, Costello said: "It also limits the percentage that any one owner can take. That act will have to be complied [with]."
