KEY POINTS:
Chairman Tony Frankham and board member Keith Turner, who were both seeking re-election, have been voted back on to the board of Auckland International Airport Limited.
The pair both received more than 96 per cent of shareholder approval, in a poll held at the annual meeting of shareholders at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre in Manukau today.
Tony Frankham was first appointed a director of the company in 1994 and chaired the board's audit and risk committee until he became board chairman last year.
Keith Turner has been a director since 2004, and was appointed deputy chairman in November 2007.
The other Airport directors are John Brabazon, Joan Withers, Richard Didsbury and Lloyd Morrison.
