A decision in the High Court spat between Auckland International Airport and Air New Zealand is not expected to be released for two weeks.
Auckland Airport went to the High Court this week to try to keep its controversial new landing fees secret.
It was seeking an injunction to stop Air NZ releasing the proposed landing fees, which the airline previously said had "stunned and shocked" it.
Air NZ spokesman David Jamieson said Justice Rhys Harrison had reserved his decision for a fortnight.
