Jetstar kicks off, offers 2000 free seats

Australian budget airline Jetstar is offering 2000 free seats on New Zealand routes as part of the promotion to mark its arrival on domestic services in this country.

The "$0" one way seats are available today only until 11am, or even earlier if they sell out beforehand, and are for selected flights between February 10 and March 17 next year.

Qantas subsidiary Jetstar starts flying services between Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and Queenstown from today, replacing Qantas flights.

Its starting promotion also includes $19 one-way seats available until noon tomorrow, or earlier if the seats sell out. Those are for travel between July 21 and September 23, and between October 13 and December 10.
