Air New Zealand's defence against court charges that it ran false or misleading evidence has stalled in the Auckland District Court.
The case, which centres around the use of "headline fares" that do not include additional add-on charges, may now not finish until September or October this year.
After nearly a full week of the case, it has now adjourned, at the request of Commerce Commission lawyers.
