Air New Zealand says it will appeal a High Court ruling requiring it to pay the legal costs of the Commerce Commission and two opponents, Infratil and Gullivers Pacific, of the failed alliance with Qantas.
The bill is more than $2 million.
* Clarification: Air New Zealand and Qantas will share equally the costs they have been ordered to pay.
