New Zealand had wrapped up negotiations with Vietnam over its bid to enter the World Trade Organisation, Trade Negotiations Minister Phil Goff said yesterday.

Goff described the talks as a "vital, one-off opportunity for New Zealand to secure certainty of access on reasonable terms for its key goods and services exporters".
