Aged care company Ryman Healthcare is moving up the sharemarket's index of Top 50 companies and healthcare company Ebos is joining it.
Ebos will be added to the NZX-50 on June 21, and Ryman will move up to the NZX-15 index, filling the spaces left by the sale and delisting of Waste Management .
Ebos, which has been listed on the New Zealand market since 1960, will rank around 46th in the index. It supplies a range of medical, surgical, retail, dental and scientific products to the healthcare market in New Zealand and Australia.
Ryman, an operator of healthcare facilities for the elderly in New Zealand since 1984, listed in 1999.
Other indices affected by the change will be the NZX-50 Portfolio index and NZX-MidCap index.
