Company director Michael Cashin died on Friday, aged 64.
Property for Industry said in a notice to NZX yesterday that it was saddened by Cashin's death and expressed its condolences to his wife and family.
Cashin was an experienced director, serving on the boards of Cavotec MSL Holdings Ryman Healthcare and Property for Industry, and as chairman of Wellington Waterfront.
He was a chairman of Housing New Zealand and at Work Insurance, and a director of Allied Farmers, Capital Properties and Centreport.
Cashin had experience in the public health sector as a Crown representative on the boards of several Crown health enterprises.
