Capital Properties CEO quits

Capital Properties New Zealand announced today the resignation of chief executive Chris Gudgeon.

It followed the completion of the compulsory acquisition of outstanding Capital Properties shares as the final step in the takeover of Capital Properties by AMP Property Portfolio Investments Limited.
