Corporate travel agency BTI New Zealand has bought travel consolidator and wholesaler TEK Travel/Escape Holidays.
The purchase includes TEK Travel's interest in Travel Smart (formerly Travel For Less), a travel franchise operation with 45 outlets throughout New Zealand.
