The Brumby's Bakeries management team looking to buy out the breadmaker said yesterday its A$28.5 million ($32.3 million) bid is now unconditional after the completion of due diligence.
The management group of BBS includes chief executive Michael Sherlock, who holds about 21 per cent of the company, and director Marcus Barlow.
The offer to the 300 shareholders of the Bendigo Stock Exchange-listed Brumby's is for A$2.80 a share for the remaining 79 per cent of the company.
