Blis joins up with Danish food company

Blis Technologies is joining Danish food ingredients company Danisco to launch Bio Restore, a probiotic which replenishes beneficial oral and intestinal bacteria killed during a course of antibiotics.

The product, which follows Blis' K12 throat guard product launched in May, will be available in New Zealand next February or March.

Bio Restore was developed by Fonterra and the licence sold to Danisco last year.
